Three years on from the launch of Ireland's Action Plan for Designing Better Public Services, Better By Design 2026 takes stock of what has been achieved and looks ahead. The Action Plan set a clear direction for embedding design across the public service — this conference brings together the people doing that work to share what's working, where the challenges are, and how we keep building.
